AY2627 Office Assistant - The Center for Fostering Student Connection (Work-Study Required)

Provide support of daily operations, including student outreach and event coordination. This role involves working closely with student groups, attending campus events, and assisting with general office tasks.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and distribute social media flyers
  • Greet visitors and take messages
  • Check and distribute mail, make copies, run errands
  • Assist with student group activities and office events
  • Attend and support university expos
  • Provide general administrative support to staff

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
