AY2627 Office Assistant - School of Law (Work-Study Required)

Join our team and help provide a welcoming and professional environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build administrative, customer service, and organizational skills in a professional office setting.

Primary Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors and answer incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner (40%)
Sort and distribute mail, deliver items across campus, and assist with occasional office errands (25%)
Prepare, update, scan, and organize documents using Microsoft Office applications (25%)
Assist with office mailings and other administrative projects as needed (10%)

Preferred Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional phone etiquette
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Dependable, organized, and willing to learn

Eligibility

To avoid potential conflicts of interest, students majoring in Pre-Law are not eligible for this position.
