AY2627 Office Assistant - School of Health Sciences (Work-Study Required)

Duties include: 

•             Greet visitors
•             Provide general clerical support for the Dean’s Office
•             Answering phone calls and directing them to appropriate staff
•             Pick up, open and sort mail
•             Typing, fling, copying, scanning and general office duties
•             Work on specific tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

•             Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with ability to learn new computer programs
•             Strong communication skills
•             Ability to multitask
•             Ability to uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality

Eligibility:

•             Cannot already hold a position at the University
•             Potential schedule:

15 hours/week max
Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm – to be determined upon hire
$12 per hour
