AY2627 Job Coach - St Anthony (Work-Study Required)
About this role
To meet at assigned place and time and escort students to their vocational training site; to guide students in acquiring job skills as outlined by St. Anthony's coordinator; to work cooperatively with on-site personnel to establish student job responsibility; to provide on-the-job training to students; to form an appropriate supervisor/employee relationship; and to provide evaluation of the students. May also be asked to assist staff by supporting students in our academic classes, as well as assist students with buying lunches. Key component is to provide inclusion for students.
Must be a dedicated, reliable individual who is detail oriented and is willing to acquire knowledge of young adults with special needs.
Must be able to work around 11 hours per week between the hours of 745am-215p.m.
