About this role

Digital Theatre+ is looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Content Operations Coordinator to join our Education team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key operational role in ensuring the quality, accuracy and ongoing maintenance of the Digital Theatre+ platform. Working closely with the Head of Secondary Education, you'll help deliver commercial priorities by managing platform content, supporting licensing implementation, maintaining editorial standards, and ensuring our operational workflows run smoothly.

If you enjoy working with digital platforms, have an eye for detail, thrive on organisation, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of the Digital Theatre+ platform and content library to support the operational delivery of the Education team's priorities.

  • Manage the publishing and unpublishing of content within Airtable and Contentful in line with business requirements and licensing obligations.

  • Maintain operational systems, workflows, templates, shared tools and schedules that support efficient and consistent platform maintenance.

  • Support the implementation of licensing agreements by ensuring renewed terms are accurately reflected on the platform and that content remains compliant, current and available.

  • Carry out editorial and operational quality assurance across platform updates and relevant customer-facing materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to house style.

  • Manage inbound operational requests relating to platform and content updates from commercial and customer-facing teams, escalating where strategic or pedagogical judgement is required.

  • Support the operational delivery of commercial priorities, including platform updates, collateral review and associated content changes.

  • Coordinate operational activity supporting the accessibility roadmap, including remediation workflows and quality assurance where required.

What You'll Need

  • At least 1–2 years' experience in a digital operations, content operations or editorial operations role.

  • Excellent editorial and proofreading skills with a strong eye for detail, accuracy and consistency.

  • Experience managing and prioritising requests from multiple internal stakeholders.

  • Strong organisational skills with experience maintaining operational workflows, templates or shared schedules.

  • Demonstrable ability to quickly learn and adopt new systems and digital tools.

  • Clear written communication skills suitable for both internal collaboration and customer-facing communications.

  • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and know when to escalate.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience or a genuine interest in education, edtech, theatre/drama or English Language and Literature.

  • Familiarity with Airtable, Contentful or similar content management platforms.

  • Experience supporting licensing, rights management or content compliance activities.
