About this role
岗位职责
1.1学习并熟悉岗位相关SOP，严格按照岗位SOP要求执行操作；
1.1.1按照混合要求认真做好混合岗位操作，确保混合执行的准确性，完成混合任务；
1.1.2按照操作要求认真做好粉碎岗位操作，确保产品质量，满足粉碎产量要求；
1.2按岗位要求正确佩戴PPE；
1.3实事求是填写各种生产记录；
1.4负责半成品的运输、储存管理工作；
1.5按SOP要求定期执行岗位相关设备的检查/维护作业；
1.6严格执行岗位GMP要求；
1.7负责粉碎区域、混合区域、半成品仓库的5S执行；
1.8认真做好交接班记录，交接需当面进行；
1.9接受公司/车间额外安排的工作或任务；
2.SHE职责
2.1及时报告事故/事件/未遂事件；
2.2每天检查岗位的设备，确保设备的安全运行；
2.3执行公司的安全健康环保/职业卫生的程序/应急程序；
2.4积极参加安全健康环保相关培训及活动；
2.5车间安全代表，义务消防队员，应急救援人员，按照公司要求，参加会议，培训，并积极提出改进措施，提高公司安全绩效；
3.质量职责
3.1及时报告质量偏差，协助车间分析，并及时采取纠正预防措施；
3.2控制混合、粉碎过程的质量，包括设备/配件的完整性检查，防止产生不合格品；
4.安保职责
4.1及时报告安保事件；
4.2执行本区域的安保措施。
