Are you curious about how data helps shape better workplaces and smarter people decisions? Join us as an HR Analytics Intern (full-time, 6 months) and gain hands-on experience with leading HR technologies such as Visier and SAP SuccessFactors.

You'll work alongside experienced HR Analytics professionals, transform data into meaningful insights, improve employee data quality, and contribute to projects that have a real impact on the business. This position is part of the Solutions business (SolCo) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the HR Team with day-to-day HR reporting activities
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports where required
  • Validate report outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with companywide reporting standards
  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and data anomalies
  • Support HR data cleansing initiatives by researching and validating employee master data and related data points
  • Monitor data accuracy and collaborate with HR stakeholders to resolve data quality issues. Help to drive data quality and improvements across the organization
  • Document reporting processes, report definitions, and data quality procedures
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity. Help to develop and drive self-service usage across the regions

You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with big data sets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Interest in HR analytics, reporting, and data management.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
