Senior Intelligence Recruiter

Data Systems Analysts (DSA) is seeking a highly motivated Intelligence Recruiter to support the acquisition of cleared intelligence, cyber, software engineering, data science, AI/ML, geospatial, cloud, and mission support professionals for Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and national security programs.
This position will serve as DSA's dedicated recruiting presence within the Northern Virginia intelligence market, developing relationships across cleared talent communities and proactively building pipelines for current and future customer requirements. The ideal candidate understands the unique dynamics of recruiting within the TS/SCI environment and excels at identifying, engaging, and hiring highly specialized talent.
This position is 100% remote, however, may require travel to conferences and meeting within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from requirement intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, program leaders, capture teams, and business development personnel.
- Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and mission-critical positions.
- Conduct candidate screening, qualification, and compensation discussions.
Cleared Candidate Sourcing
- Build and maintain pipelines of TS/SCI professionals.
- Leverage ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking events, professional associations, and intelligence community relationships.
- Identify passive candidates through targeted research and outreach strategies.
- Create and manage talent communities for recurring and future hiring needs.
Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Establish relationships with military transition programs, veteran organizations, cleared networking groups, and intelligence community professionals.
- Represent DSA at recruiting events, career fairs, industry conferences, and networking functions throughout Northern Virginia.
Business Partnership
- Provide market intelligence regarding compensation, talent availability, competitor activity, and hiring trends.
- Support proposal staffing efforts and key personnel identification.
- Participate in workforce planning discussions to anticipate future hiring demands.
- Generate recruiting metrics and pipeline reporting for leadership.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Drive offer acceptance and reduce candidate fallout through proactive engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 3+ years recruiting within the Intelligence Community, DoD, or Federal Government contracting environment.
- Demonstrated success recruiting TS/SCI-cleared professionals.
- Experience sourcing difficult-to-find technical and intelligence talent.
- Strong knowledge of security clearance processes and clearance reciprocity.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, JobDiva, iCIMS, Lever, Taleo, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a geographically dispersed team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network within the Northern Virginia intelligence community.
- Experience supporting NGIC, Army, or other IC customers.
- Prior military service or experience supporting military transition hiring initiatives.
- Experience supporting proposal staffing and key personnel recruiting.
- Experience with AI tools preferred
