About this role

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit weekly financial reports to the Head Office, covering revenue, collections, and expenses.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Manage accounts payable, including vendor, retainer, and professional payments, along with associated documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance for TDS, GST, Property Tax (PT), Provident Fund (PF), and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate books of accounts in line with accounting standards.
  • Oversee imprest fund management, including disbursements and reconciliation.
  • Process employee reimbursements and ensure reconciliation accuracy.
  • Provide support during internal audits, statutory audits, and due diligence processes.
  • Manage inventory tracking and generate regular inventory reports.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and ensure alignment with accounting records.
  • Maintain strict timelines and ensure high accuracy across all financial deliverables.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software or ERP systems, with experience in QuickBooks preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to adapt swiftly to shifting priorities and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
