Job Summary:

Drata is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to build and execute regional field marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue impact across our Commercial and Enterprise business.

This role is suited for a results-oriented, savvy field marketer who understands how to build programs that contribute to pipeline growth and measurable business impact. The right candidate brings strong commercial judgment, creative ideas, and the ability to turn strategy into high-impact programs that perform. They know how to build trust across sales, vendors, and partners, tailor experiences for executive and practitioner audiences, and see programs through from idea to follow-up with a clear focus on results.

What you'll do:

  • Own field marketing strategy and execution for a defined AMER region, setting market priorities, regional coverage, and program mix across the U.S.

  • Translate strategy into a regional field marketing plan that supports Commercial and Enterprise growth in priority markets.

  • Develop and manage programs across trade shows, vendor-led executive programs, Drata-led account-focused events, hospitality events with partners, and partner-supported sponsorship opportunities.

  • Design programs for executive and practitioner audiences, adapting format, messaging, and experience by segment, persona, and market.

  • Pilot differentiated event ideas and determine what to refine, repeat, scale, or stop.

  • Build strong relationships across SDRs, AEs, sales leaders, vendors, and partners to drive alignment and program success.

  • Own end-to-end execution, including planning, promotion, logistics, follow-up, and post-program optimization.

  • Measure performance through meetings, engagement, pipeline contribution, and overall program effectiveness.

  • Bring clear recommendations to leadership on where to invest, what to test, and how to improve regional field performance over time.

What you'll bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, regional marketing, event marketing, or integrated marketing.

  • A track record of leading in-person and virtual programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Experience building programs for executive and practitioner audiences.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to earn trust quickly across sales, marketing, vendors, and external partners.

  • Sound judgment on program mix, audience strategy, and where to invest time and budget for the greatest impact.

  • A creative mindset paired with strong execution, follow-through, and measurable results.

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where some processes are still being built or refined.

  • This role requires travel across the assigned region based on event cadence and business needs.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or a related technology space is preferred.

  • Willingness to travel 25–35% for Drata and partner events, conferences, team offsites, and other in-person company engagements.
