Coordinate and oversee audit planning, including alignment with all relevant stakeholders
Support the Account Management team in developing and strengthening customer relationships
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
Prepare and issue quotations
Prepare certification documents
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Process customer complaints and contract cancellations
Maintain and update data across various systems
Ihr Profil
Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk, Industrial Clerk, or a career changer with relevant experience
Confident and professional demeanor with strong communication skills in both digital and face-to-face interactions across various organizational levels
A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, combined with a strong customer service mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent German and very good English language skills
