JOB SUMMARY:
The Trainee, Engineering (M&E) supports the engineering team by assisting with basic drafting, technical calculations, documentation and coordination tasks while undergoing structured on-the-job training. The role provides exposure to mechanical and electrical engineering design workflows, site practices and multidisciplinary project coordination.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist engineers in preparing simple mechanical and electrical drawings and BIM models.
• Support basic engineering calculations, load schedules and equipment listings under supervision.
• Help maintain design documentation, drawing registers and submission files.
• Provide administrative and coordination support during meetings and project reviews.
• Participate in site visits to observe installation, testing and commissioning processes.
• Learn engineering standards, drafting techniques and M&E system fundamentals.
• Support data collection, research of materials and technical references.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related engineering fields.
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts and drafting tools (AutoCAD or Revit preferred).
• Willingness to learn, good teamwork and strong attention to detail.
