Civil Construction Foreperson
About this role
We are seeking an experienced Foreperson to lead stabilising and cement spreading operations across civil construction projects in the Perth metropolitan area and regional WA.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational knowledge of stabilising works, cement spreading, crew management, and plant operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate stabilising and cement spreading crews
Operate and oversee stabiliser and cement spreader activities
Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
Manage site documentation, daily reporting, and work planning
Coordinate with subcontractors delivering associated civil works
Maintain compliance with company and client safety requirements
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in stabilising and cement spreading operations
Previous experience in a Foreperson, Leading Hand, or Supervisory role
Competent operating and supervising the use of machinery such as skid steers, excavators, and loaders
Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies
Essential Requirements:
Current HC (Heavy Combination) or MC (Multi Combination) Licence
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work across Perth and regional WA projects as required
