About this role

We are seeking an experienced Foreperson to lead stabilising and cement spreading operations across civil construction projects in the Perth metropolitan area and regional WA.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational knowledge of stabilising works, cement spreading, crew management, and plant operation. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate stabilising and cement spreading crews

  • Operate and oversee stabiliser and cement spreader activities

  • Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification

  • Manage site documentation, daily reporting, and work planning

  • Coordinate with subcontractors delivering associated civil works

  • Maintain compliance with company and client safety requirements

Skills & Experience 

  • Proven experience in stabilising and cement spreading operations

  • Previous experience in a Foreperson, Leading Hand, or Supervisory role

  • Competent operating and supervising the use of machinery such as skid steers, excavators, and loaders

  • Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies

Essential Requirements:

  • Current HC (Heavy Combination) or MC (Multi Combination) Licence

  • Strong commitment to safety and quality

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work across Perth and regional WA projects as required
