About this role

Dot IT is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities across various industries.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling digital marketing services and managing the full sales cycle within a digital marketing agency environment.
Job Description:

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and partnerships.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients' business goals, challenges, and marketing needs.
  • Present and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions, including SEO,Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Branding, and Content Marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals and business solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to support long-term business growth.
  • Follow up on opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, and business discussions.


    • Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Business Development or Sales experience within a Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Proven experience selling digital marketing services such as SEO,Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Branding, or Content Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and how they support business growth.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
