Job Summary
Highly skilled TIG/ MIG welder/Fabricator. This role will help continue SuperATV’s growth and impact in the off-roading industry.
Primary Duties
- Minimum of one year of TIG welding experience for both steel and aluminum.
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine welding specifications
- Must be able to tack, distribute heat evenly with a clean bead.
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
- Required to pass a pre-employment weld test.
- Operate press brake, CNC plasma, and tube bender.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet industry standards.
- Produce metal fabricated parts to print specifications using allotted standard times and processes.
- Knowledge of tube bending software and tube welding techniques is preferred.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
- Driven, detail oriented, and have proven knowledge of operating fabrication equipment.
- Must be able to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently, problem solve and be a self-starter.
- Blueprint reading skills are required.
- Tube bending, and fitting skills are needed.
- The ability to run various fabrication machine equipment is a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.
Education / Experience
- Two years fabricating, and manufacturing experience preferred.
