About this role

About the Team

The Consumer Performance Marketing team owns the execution of paid social acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. We operate at scale across the U.S. and Canada, managing complex builds, pacing routines, live optimizations, QA workflows, and experiment cycles that directly impact consumer growth.

We work closely with U.S.-based Channel Managers, Creative, Analytics, and Martech, functioning as one integrated performance engine. This requires strong operational discipline, fast signal interpretation, and a mindset focused on translating platform behavior into clear, actionable steps.

While the team is execution-heavy, we also influence strategy by shaping testing agendas, surfacing insights, and partnering with platform reps on betas and new product rollouts. It’s a high-ownership environment for operators who thrive in fast, data-driven systems.
