Description

As a General Concrete Construction Laborer, you will be a vital member of our construction team, engaging in physical labor to build, set, and repair concrete structures. This role requires physical strength, stamina, and a keen attention to safety protocols.

Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in setting up and preparing construction sites as directed.
  • Operate tools and machinery for concrete preparation, mixing, pouring, and finishing.
  • Transport and handling various construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient work progress.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and implement construction plans effectively.
  • Participate in training and safety programs to enhance job performance and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Requirements

Qualification Include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Experience in concrete construction or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of construction tools and equipment.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Commitment to safety guidelines and a strong work ethic.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Physical Qualifications Include:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for long hours.
  • Must be able to kneel, bend, and squat frequently.

Working Conditions:

  • Outdoor construction sites in varying weather conditions
  • Exposure to dust, mud, loud noise, and heavy equipment
  • Must wear personal protective equipment

Employment Requirements Include:

  • MUST be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • MUST be capable of completing Job Specific Physical
  • MUST be able to pass a drug test
