Description

As a Business Analyst on DMC's Digital Workplace Solutions team, you’ll help clients streamline operations with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. This consulting-focused role blends business analysis, project management, low-code development, and pre-sales work to design and deliver tailored solutions.

This role is for any entry level candidates (0-3 years of experience) looking for a position in 2027. We have an exceptional onboarding and training program to help align your skillset with our technical offerings. 

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to provide updates and scope new business opportunities
  • Analyze business operations, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Create system specs, workflow diagrams, and user requirements
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation 

Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

  • 0-3+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or related field (GPA 3.4+)
  • Strong consulting, client relationship, and technical communication skills
  • Exposure to core business systems and data (e.g., ERP, CRM, data models, etc.)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Ability to implement low code solutions 
  • Self-motivated and independently drives projects
  • Designs solutions with business goals in mind

Salary Range
$83,000$110,000 USD
