About this role

As Shared Management Assistant within the CCO domain, you will provide high-quality, proactive administrative and operational support across all EB-1 members of the CCO Global Management Team. You will help increase leadership effectiveness by enabling smooth operating rhythms, coordinating critical activities with consistency, and ensuring leaders and teams can operate with discretion, efficiency, and clarity. Operating in a dynamic global environment, you will balance competing priorities, manage complexity across time zones, and serve as a trusted coordination point between EB-1 leaders, their teams, and key stakeholders.

Your Mission

  • Provide proactive administrative and operational support to all EB-1 members of the CCO Global Management Team, ensuring priorities are coordinated and executed with consistency, discretion, and efficiency. 
  • Manage complex calendars, diaries and time commitments across multiple leaders and time zones, making informed prioritization decisions based on business criticality, urgency and collective EB-1 impact. 
  • Support effective communication and information flow by coordinating key messages, preparing and organizing materials, managing follow-ups, and ensuring leaders have the right information at the right time. 
  • Enable the CCO Global Management Team operating rhythm by supporting meeting preparation, agenda coordination, pre-read distribution, action tracking and follow-up across recurring leadership forums and critical touchpoints. 
  • Coordinate travel, events and logistics for EB-1 leaders and relevant team activities, ensuring arrangements are practical, timely, cost-conscious and aligned with business priorities. 
  • Act as a trusted coordination point between EB-1 leaders, their teams and key stakeholders, helping to connect activities, clarify expectations and ensure smooth handoffs. 
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism and sound judgment when handling sensitive information, senior stakeholder interactions, and changing priorities. 
  • Continuously improving administrative routines, ways of working and coordination practices to make leadership support more scalable, reliable and effective across the global CCO organization.

 

Skills and Capabilities Required

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience as a personal assistant at senior executive level. 
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Competence in basic Excel. 
  • Ability to work autonomously, flexibly and with a high degree of self-initiative, self-confidence and organization. 
  • Ability to establish and develop strong relationships with co-workers and wider internal and external network. 
  • Pragmatic and practical with good common sense; level-headed. 
  • Excellent attention to detail. 
  • Loyalty and discretion essential.

$60,490.00 - 90,736.00 [This applies to US only]
$58,271 - 87,407 [This applies to Canada only]
€31,843 - 47,765 [This applies to Italy only]
 

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in US, Canada and Italy only. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
