About this role

As Head of Commercial - Europe, you will lead the commercial agenda for DLL Europe by setting the European commercial direction, enabling strong cluster execution and ensuring consistent alignment between DLL’s global commercial strategy and local cluster and country realities.

In line with DLL global ambitions and strategy, you will own market commercial growth, partner outcomes, customer relationships and sales performance across relevant industries, segments and channels. Working within the global commercial frame set by Group CCO, you will ensure your Market has the right commercial focus, industry specialization and execution discipline to grow sustainably while improving customer and partner experience.

Europe operates through a cluster structure, with most sales and customer-facing teams embedded close to customers in the clusters. Your role is therefore to orchestrate, guide and enable commercial performance across Europe — ensuring clusters have clear commercial priorities, consistent guardrails, strong partner management and the right capabilities to grow profitably.

At the same time, this is not only an orchestration role. You will also directly lead and govern selected European commercial capabilities that require a market-wide view, including Commercial Finance, pan-European program and partnership activity, commercial execution, asset sales coordination and specific European commercial structures such as GATE. You will also ensure the right commercial interface with AGCO Finance Europe, including alignment on priorities, governance and performance where AGCO Finance connects into the European commercial model.

You will report to the General Manager - Europe, with a functional line to the Group CCO, and will be a voting member of the European Market leadership team. You will help create coherence across Europe by balancing cluster autonomy with European consistency, global commercial guardrails and disciplined execution.

All Head of Sales in European cluster will functionally report to you.

In this role, you will act as the commercial integrator for Europe. You will ensure that industry focus, customer segmentation, program allocation, Commercial Finance, asset sales, commercial effectiveness, product priorities and partnership execution are coordinated across clusters and connected back to Global CCO.

You will also work closely with European Operations, Risk, Finance, Digital and HR to ensure commercial decisions translate into scalable delivery, strong risk outcomes and improved customer experience. You will be accountable for identifying, assessing and managing risks within your area of responsibility, ensuring risks are understood, mitigated, and remain within approved risk appetite.

You will lead with clarity, collaboration and enterprise perspective — helping Europe move toward a more consistent, focused and performance-driven commercial model.

Your Mission
