You will lead a team overseeing DLL’s global market and industry intelligence capability, providing the organization with forward-looking perspectives on industry trends, customer behavior, competitive developments, market opportunities, and emerging risks. Your work will directly influence how DLL prioritizes growth, shapes commercial strategy, and evolves its customer propositions.
In this role, you will help strengthen DLL’s industry specialization while supporting the transition toward a more scalable, customer-centric and insight-led operating model. You will work closely with Commercial Strategy, Markets, Portfolio Management, Customer Product Management and Strategic Partnerships teams to ensure commercial decisions are grounded in real market needs and future trends.
You will play a key role in helping DLL move toward a more coordinated enterprise intelligence capability that enables faster, smarter, and more proactive decision making across the organization.
You will also help ensure DLL’s Flow and Concierge propositions remain differentiated and relevant by bringing deeper understanding of customer expectations, industry shifts and competitive developments into strategic planning and proposition design.
You will lead with curiosity, strategic perspective and an enterprise mindset — helping DLL continuously adapt to changing market realities while strengthening customer value and commercial performance.

Day to Day
- Lead a team of 7 FTEs (mid/senior professionals)
- Lead DLL’s global Market & Industry Intelligence capability across industries, customer segments and markets.
- Monitor and interpret market, customer, competitor and industry developments to support strategic decision making.
- Translate external insights into actionable commercial opportunities, strategic risks, and growth priorities.
- Strengthen DLL’s industry specialization by building deeper enterprise knowledge across key industries, sectors, and customer ecosystems.
- Support Commercial Strategy and Markets with forward-looking, actionable insights on market trends, customer needs and competitive positioning.
- Identify emerging opportunities, disruptions, and business model changes that could impact DLL’s growth strategy and operating model.
- Demonstrates out-of-the-box thinking by generating innovative, non-traditional solutions to complex business challenges and identifying opportunities beyond conventional approaches.
- Support development of differentiated Flow, Concierge, and Commercial Finance propositions by providing customer and market insight inputs.
- Improve coordination and sharing of industry knowledge, best practices and commercial intelligence across markets and functions.
- Support strategic portfolio steering by identifying attractive growth segments, industry shifts, and changing customer demand patterns.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence & Analytics, Portfolio Management and Strategic Partnerships teams to connect external insights and industry trends with internal performance data.
- Support executive leadership with strategic analyses, market outlooks, and industry intelligence relevant to DLL’s long-term priorities.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, external orientation, and continuous learning across the commercial organization.
- Help strengthen DLL’s ability to proactively adapt to changing customer, technology, and ecosystem dynamics.

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
