About this role

The Global Head of Digital Product role, reporting to Global Head of Digital Product and Technology, is to design, scale, and execute the global product vision for DLL’s digital propositions. This role will steer the shift from a traditional asset-finance infrastructure to a Product Operating Model (POM) developing digital products to serve Flow business by combining product strategy, cross-functional orchestration, and change leadership to build and scale a standardized, digital-first Flow model across markets. The role provides enterprise product leadership across a global value stream. The Flow model is intended to grow over time beyond today’s most straightforward, smaller-ticket transactions and increasingly apply to standardized deals with larger ticket sizes where digital execution, standardization, and automation can create value. As such, Flow should be positioned as a growth model that expands in scope, scale, and applicability as capabilities mature and market readiness increases.
