About this role
As Global Head of Commercial Effectiveness, you will help DLL translate global commercial strategy into consistent execution across markets, teams and customer interactions.
You will lead the capabilities, governance and execution mechanisms that ensure DLL’s commercial organization operates with greater clarity, consistency and effectiveness — enabling markets to execute with autonomy while remaining aligned to DLL’s global commercial priorities, standards and customer ambitions.
You will play a key role in simplifying how DLL commercial teams operate by improving governance, reducing fragmentation, standardizing ways of working, and strengthening adoption of scalable commercial practices, tooling, and processes. You will lead a team focusing on development, deployment and oversight of the Commercial Operating Model, Governance of Commercial Execution and Analytics Product Owner (defining the commercial priorities for the Business Intelligence and Analytics team).
You will also help DLL strengthen execution discipline across Markets by enabling clearer commercial operating models, better prioritization, stronger cross-functional collaboration, and more transparent performance management. This includes supporting the rollout of customer-centric propositions, commercial frameworks and strategic initiatives in a way that balances:

Your Mission
- Improve execution quality, consistency, and customer outcomes while enabling faster, simpler, and more effective delivery of the commercial strategy and standards across markets.
- Lead and develop a team of 3 FTEs and own global Commercial Effectiveness
- Translate global commercial strategy into actionable, scalable execution models for markets.
- Establish and govern commercial operating standards, ways of working, and execution frameworks.
- Drive adoption of global priorities and commercial transformation programs across markets.
- Simplify sales execution by reducing fragmentation, duplication, and inconsistent practices.
- Lead global commercial change management, including readiness, adoption KPIs, and rollout plans.
- Improve sales performance management through developing global customer-centric KPIs, transparency, and tracking.
- Own commercial performance mechanisms, including sales plans, incentives, and target setting.
- Build scalable enablement (playbooks, standards, training) and shape the Commercial Academy with HR.
- Collaborate on development of CRM standards and drive continuous improvement of tools, processes, and execution models.
- Support markets in embedding new capabilities and operating models within global guardrails.
- Lead sales recognition programs to reinforce performance and desired behaviors.

- Experience in commercial effectiveness, sales enablement, transformation, operational excellence, or business implementation roles.
- Strong understanding of commercial operating models and governance.
- Ability to simplify complexity and improve organizational consistency.
- Experience working across functions and markets in international organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
- Ability to balance global standards with local market flexibility.
- Experience driving adoption of new processes, capabilities, or transformation initiatives.

- Ability to build scalable frameworks, governance routines, and operational standards.
- Customer-centric mindset with focus on execution quality and business impact.
- Strong communication and change-management capability.
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Experience in financial services, vendor finance, leasing or adjacent industries is valuable but not mandatory.

$161,331 - 240,997 USD [This applies to US only]
€80,858 - 121,286 [This applies to Italy only]
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. For roles spanning multiple regions, salary ranges are based on local market salary benchmarks and will vary by region.
The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the US and or Italy only. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies.
