About the Role
The Assistant Manager, Finance Client Support is a pivotal contributor to DKSH's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across client billing and accounts management. This role empowers informed business decisions by delivering reliable financial reporting and maintaining robust client financial relationships.
What You Will Deliver
- Ensure billing accuracy by preparing and verifying supporting documents, issuing Statement of Expenditures (SE), Line Account (L/A), and other billing documents in a timely and precise manner.
- Monitor billing transactions against client agreements to maintain compliance and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Drive efficient Accounts Receivable (AR) clearance by preparing payment details and partnering with the Collection team to process transactions accurately.
- Ensure timely collection by following up on outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
- Maintain financial integrity through regular reconciliation of accounts receivable, accounts payable, client margins, and related financial records, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Uphold financial compliance by rigorously analyzing expense reports, invoices, and payment documents prior to processing.
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly financial reports, budget analyses, and key financial insights that support management decision-making and business visibility.
- Present financial results and key findings to senior management to enable informed strategic decisions.
- Foster effective cross-functional collaboration with clients, brand managers, the Collection team, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing and finance-related issues efficiently.
- Proactively escalate overspent accounts, financial discrepancies, and potential financial risks to the supervisor for timely resolution.
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite or related applications
- Strong ability to multitask and communicate clearly and concisely in a fast-paced environment
- Proven capability to prioritize workload and manage competing deadlines effectively
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team while working independently when required
- Proactive, responsible, and organized with a disciplined approach to financial accuracy
- Good level of computer literacy across business tools and platforms
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
