About the Role

Power Management Product Division 

Product Marketing Engineer for Isolation Products

  • Isolation product is one of the focus strategic growth areas in Power Management Product Division.
  • Driving Diodes solution enhanced in AI Server, Automotive EV, Industry and Telecom Power applications. 
  • Bridges technical engineering and market intelligence to achieve isolation revenue growth targets and Diodes isolation market share in US.
  • Penetrating key customers and driving design-in, design-wins across customers in US

What You’ll Do

  • Implement go-to-market strategy in US to achieve isolation revenue growth. 
  • Engage directly with US customers, channel partners, FAEs and sales to promote isolation products and gather customer application requirements.
  • Creating reginal opportunities and building isolation product’s value propositions at customers.
  • Follow up the design sockets and secure opportunities to design in and design wins.
  • Support RFIs, pricing, planning activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team eg. designer, quality, and manufacturing team. 
  • Facilitate new product release and campaigns through marketing collaterals.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar role or functional area.
  • Strong ability to merge technical depth with commercial strategy.
  • Experience in market analysis, business case development, and competitive positioning. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with digital isolators, gate drivers, or industrial/automotive systems.
  • International customer engagement experience
  • English proficiency is required; Bilingual (Chinese) (Mandarin) is a plus.
