Job Overview:

In-line process defect analysis and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operation, program creation, and maintenance of KLA / JoeISEM inspection tools.
  • Analysis and improvement of semiconductor process abnormalities.
  • Yield and process stability improvement, and process flow optimization.
  • Collaboration with production line, module, and development teams to adjust and enhance product defect monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fab defect engineering (yield improvement).
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes or process defect improvement is preferred.
