Manufacturing Process Engineer
About this role
Job Overview:
In-line process defect analysis and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation, program creation, and maintenance of KLA / JoeISEM inspection tools.
- Analysis and improvement of semiconductor process abnormalities.
- Yield and process stability improvement, and process flow optimization.
- Collaboration with production line, module, and development teams to adjust and enhance product defect monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fab defect engineering (yield improvement).
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes or process defect improvement is preferred.
