Channel Marketing Manager, Strategic Campaigns

The Manager, Strategic Campaigns role will focus on all aspects of developing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across Dimensional’s Global Client Group (sales channels). The role will be responsible for working with business partners throughout the firm to design campaigns intended to support Dimensional’s brand awareness and the Global Client Group’s sales goals and key initiatives. This role will partner closely with creative and channel marketing colleagues to develop high-quality digital and print content to communicate campaign messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Strategic Campaigns team in the development of firm-wide integrated campaigns with marketing peers, sales channels, the product management team, research, and corporate communications to support the firm’s strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with channel marketing peers to determine advisor and institutional audience segmentation and to execute digital and print components for all campaigns.
• Use campaign analytics to inform future messaging and marketing approaches and evaluate which activities successfully move prospects through the sales funnel to become clients.
• Stay abreast of financial industry developments and marketplace opportunities/challenges to inform strategy and contribute to benchmarking.
• Maintain knowledge of the rules of engagement and Dimensional’s product availability across distribution platforms.
• Provide oversight of differentiating marketing materials for distribution partners that require bespoke content.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of marketing experience in the financial services industry, working with senior executives in a global business environment.
• Strategically minded and self-motivated with the ability to manage campaign development from ideation to execution.
• Experience executing marketing campaigns across wirehouses, regional and independent broker-dealers, and RIAs is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of the rules of engagement when coordinating marketing initiatives with wirehouses and broker-dealers.
• Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build trust and influence, and to collaborate effectively with and across teams to achieve the best results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are imperative.
• Adept at juggling numerous projects and managing multiple stakeholders while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze metrics and present information in a meaningful way.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, communications, marketing, journalism or related field.
