The Role

As a Maintenance Person, you will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep throughout the property. You help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

What You Will Be Doing

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards
