About this role
As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in the smooth functioning of our back-office operations. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely support to the CCEs.
