About this role
As an Associate in our Back Office department, you will play a vital role in our CLM Domestic BFSI team. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a Customer Care Executive (CCE), handling customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
