Join our expert Machine Learning team as a Lead Data Scientist to solve complex problems and deploy cutting-edge ML solutions at a massive scale. In this role, you will leverage our ML platform to influence and optimize models handling terabytes of data across 2B mobile devices, driving real product impact and seeing the instant results of your work.

At Digital Turbine, we are committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. The salary range for this position is  22,000-32,000 PLN gross/month.

About the Lead Data Scientist  Role:

• Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to define and deliver ML Roadmap according to Product priorities 

• Leading ML projects from research to implementation, coordinating work of cross-functional teams

• Working with the following cutting-edge technologies:

  • GCP/ Google Big Query

  • Databricks and Spark

  • Python, ML libraries

  • PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning

  • Experiment Management platforms such as: MLFLOW, Optuna

• Contributing to the development of ML Platform we are building with the goal to improve existing algorithms and build new solutions across DT Products

About you as the Lead Data Scientist:

• 5+ years of experience in data science / ML

• Experience within AdTech, Mobile Gaming industry or Consulting - a strong advantage

• Proven track record of projects that resulted in measurable business impact 

• Experience with team leadership highly desired

• Excellent communication skills

• Working knowledge of ML Tech stack 

• Self motivation to achieve something remarkable

• Bachelor degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field

• Proficient communication in English is a must
