Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to join our dynamic team at Keyblocks Strategy Consulting Pvt Ltd. As a Video Editor Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the production of high-impact visual content that enhances our client engagement, thought leadership, and brand storytelling. This internship offers a unique opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in video editing, post-production workflows, and digital content strategy within a professional consulting environment. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and strategy teams to transform raw footage into compelling, polished videos that align with our clients’ strategic narratives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about visual storytelling, eager to learn industry-standard tools, and committed to delivering excellence in every frame.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in editing video content for client presentations, internal reports, promotional materials, and social media platforms.
  • Perform color grading, audio balancing, and visual effects integration to ensure professional-grade output.
  • Organize and manage digital media assets using structured filing systems and metadata tagging.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and strategists to align video content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to suggest creative video concepts and formats tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Stay updated on emerging video trends, editing techniques, and software updates to continuously improve production quality.
  • Support the preparation of video deliverables for client reviews, presentations, and digital distribution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols when handling sensitive client materials.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media & Communication, Film & Video Production, or a related field (final year students or recent graduates welcome).
  • Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Audition.
  • Basic understanding of color correction, motion graphics, and audio editing principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with a proactive and organized approach.
  • Creative mindset with a portfolio or demo reel showcasing editing skills (even if self-initiated projects).
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to receive feedback and implement improvements.
  • Familiarity with social media content formats (e.g., Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts) is a plus.
