Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Intern, with the potential to transition into a full-time Social Media Marketer role based on performance and business needs. This opportunity begins with a one-month internship, during which the candidate will receive a stipend of ₹15,000. The internship offers hands-on experience in developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms. High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time position with a CTC of ₹3.5–4 LPA, reflecting our commitment to nurturing talent and rewarding excellence. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in digital marketing, gain real-world experience, and contribute to a dynamic, growth-oriented team.

Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging, platform-specific content (copy, graphics, videos) for social media channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and report insights.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling content calendars aligned with brand goals.
  • Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community management.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
  • Support campaign execution and track KPIs to measure success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow professionally.
  • Availability for a one-month internship with the potential to transition to a full-time role.
