Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Keyblocks Strategy Consulting Pvt Ltd. As a Fresher in the field, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our consulting services, supporting client-facing materials, internal communications, and digital platforms. This role is ideal for a passionate designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to high-impact strategic projects. You will work closely with marketing, strategy, and creative teams to transform complex ideas into compelling, visually engaging content that enhances brand perception and client engagement. Your work will directly influence how our firm communicates value, innovation, and professionalism across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
  • Design visually compelling graphics for client presentations, pitch decks, reports, and proposals.
  • Create digital and print assets including banners, infographics, social media content, and newsletters.
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual materials in alignment with Keyblocks’ brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with strategy and marketing teams to understand project objectives and translate them into impactful visual narratives.
  • Adapt designs for various platforms (web, mobile, print) while ensuring optimal user experience and aesthetic quality.
  • Manage design projects from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on visual storytelling strategies.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including presentations, infographics, and branding materials.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of digital publishing and web design principles is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a consulting environment that values innovation and precision.
