Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our brand’s online presence and engagement. This role is central to our growth strategy, focusing on optimizing visibility through SEO, managing social media channels, creating compelling content, executing targeted Google and Meta ad campaigns, and designing effective email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creative flair to deliver measurable results across digital platforms. A foundational understanding of finance is a valuable asset, enabling the candidate to effectively communicate with our target audience in a specialized industry context.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  • Manage and grow brand presence across key social media platforms through consistent, engaging content and community interaction.
  • Create high-quality, audience-focused content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Design and execute data-driven email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and support conversion goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and brand messaging.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record in SEO, social media management, content creation, paid advertising, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Knowledge of finance or financial services is a plus and highly advantageous for role-specific messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
