About this role

Summary:
This role is essential for driving brand visibility and engagement across key digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing content for Instagram and YouTube, while also managing and analyzing Google Ads performance. By developing a strategic content calendar, producing high-quality visual content, and delivering actionable insights through weekly performance reports, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital presence and achieving marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaign timelines.
  • Shoot, edit, and publish engaging content for Instagram and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyze Google Ads performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly performance reports detailing content reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation for platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Google Ads platform and experience in campaign analysis and optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple content streams and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to evolving content trends and platform updates.
