About this role

Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. This role is critical in managing multi-channel digital presence, optimizing paid and organic performance, and aligning marketing initiatives with business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to refine campaigns, enhance website performance, and support B2B lead acquisition across key platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to support business goals.
  • Manage and optimize company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.
  • Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Create high-impact marketing content, including visuals, videos, reels, and copy for social and paid channels.
  • Improve SEO practices and website performance to boost organic reach and user experience.
  • Generate and nurture B2B leads through targeted digital campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and branding teams to ensure alignment and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Expertise in SEO, social media marketing (SMM), Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in creating engaging digital content, including video and visual assets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience managing multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
