Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through data-informed strategies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performance marketing, SEO, content creation, video production, and CRM-driven outreach—leveraging tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp Marketing, and YouTube to maximize engagement and conversion. You will play a key role in shaping our digital presence, optimizing campaigns for scalability, and ensuring seamless alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive organic growth through advanced SEO strategies, technical optimization, and content planning.
  • Create high-impact content and video assets for social media, including Reels, posters, and YouTube videos.
  • Manage and scale YouTube channel growth through strategic content, SEO, and audience engagement.
  • Implement and manage CRM and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture leads and boost retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing strategies with sales and product goals.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, SEO, and digital content creation.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business platforms.
  • Strong understanding of video editing, social media content design, and Reels optimization.
  • Experience with CRM tools and automated messaging workflows.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on results and efficiency.
