Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams für das Dialysezentrum in Potsdam eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder MFA (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit (35 bzw. 28 Std./ Woche).

DEINE AUFGABEN
- Fachspezifische Versorgung und Betreuung unserer Dialysepatient*innen
- Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation der Pflege
- Ansprechperson für Patientinnen und Angehörige, Ärztinnen und Kolleg*innen
WAS WIR UNS VON DIR WÜNSCHEN
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Pflegefachkraft bzw. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in (m/w/d) oder Medizinischen Fachangestellten (m/w/d)
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Dialyse
- Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement, Belastbarkeit und Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit unseren Patient*innen und deren Angehörigen
