We are looking for a Dialysis Support Worker (m/f) to join our Algés clinic.
What we offer:
- Monthly gross salary of €920;

Key responsibilities:
- Support the nursing team in delivering patient care;
- Prepare and ensure the proper conditions for treatment rooms and clinical activities;
- Assist and support patients throughout their time at the clinic;
- Ensure the cleaning, disinfection and organisation of clinical equipment and materials in accordance with established procedures;
- Replenish and manage clinical supplies and consumables required for daily operations;
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming and patient-centred environment.
Requirements:
- Healthcare Assistant qualification or similar healthcare-related training (preferred);
- Previous experience in healthcare settings;
- Availability to work rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons and nights);
- Team-oriented mindset;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
