We are looking for a Nurse (m/f) to join our Almada clinic.
What we offer:
- Monthly gross salary between €1,654 and €2,284, depending on professional experience;

Key responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care across the different clinical settings within the clinic;
- Ensure the implementation of quality and safety standards based on best clinical practice and evidence-based care;
- Accurately document nursing interventions in a timely manner;
- Promote patient and family empowerment, autonomy and adherence to treatment;
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families;
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training and professional development activities;
- Contribute to the organisation and management of the nursing team's workload and activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing and a valid professional nursing licence;
- With or without experience in dialysis techniques;
- Fluency in Portuguese;
- English language skills (preferred);
- Knowledge of quality management systems;
- Strong communication, teamwork, initiative and critical thinking skills.
