Responsibilities
Next Generation Talent Program in Vietnam is a tailored 24-month journey designed for graduates and young professionals, preparing the next generation of leaders.
Throughout the program, you'll immerse yourself in diverse departmental experiences, learning from industry experts, receiving unwavering support from mentor, coach and buddy.

Requirements
DHL Supply Chain is a world-class company, and we hire only world-class people.
- Bachelor's Degree with less than 02 years of working experience
- GPA of 7.0/10 or equivalent
- Strong passion and career orientation in supply chain/logistics industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ownership to go beyond expectation
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented with attention to detail and quality
- Teamwork spirit, having and creating trust
- Planning and organization skills, focusing on clear priorities
- Learning agility and a "can-do" attitude
