Responsibilities

• Engage with potential new customers to promote and develop industry leading solutions. Actively support the business development process, including contract negotiation and implementation.
• Through the Carrier Management Programme ensure contracts are in place with carriers, an SLA has been agreed and that SOP’s have been supplied with training to each carrier.
• Working with Procurement to ensure the achievement of cost down initiatives and annual budget targets
• Create new and innovative Commercial models to reflect the growth opportunities within Transport.
• Manage P&L for transport operations across the sub-region and develop a robust budgeting process

Requirements

• Transport Subject matter expertise across both asset and non asset based transport- 10+ years
• Senior Management experience across both Transport and Operations- 10+ years
• Preference for proven experience in both Mature and Developing makets with both MNC and FGE customer basis
