Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Logistics order coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the logistics operations for our clients, ensuring efficient supply chain management and delivery solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics activities between customers, warehouses, transport companies.
- Monitor the status of inbound and outbound shipments until final delivery.
- Track pending, delayed, or exception shipments and follow up until full resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders.
- Identify operational issues, escalating them to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies, delays, missing deliveries.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in systems and internal tracking tools.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and KPI-related data.
- Support customers by responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics or customer service within a logistics environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Transportation or Warehouse Management Systems
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with KPI reporting and shipment tracking tools.
