Graduate Site Controller (Finance)
About this role
As a Site Controller (Finance) Graduate at DHL Supply Chain Hungary, you’ll develop very fast to being an expert!
You will spend 2 years with learning about finance and controlling from the beginning till the end. Your rotation plan throughout our organisation is already available. You will gain experience at different departments within finance and controlling of DHL Supply Chain. Therefore, you will work closely with our finance team, controllers and accountants.
Your role:
- Support reporting, month-end closing and variance analysis
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and financial planning
- Analyse costs and business performance, providing actionable insights
- Take ownership of your selected financial areas over time
- Collaborate with operations and support decision-making
- Gradually take over full reporting and act as deputy Site Controller
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (maximum 1 year after graduation)
- with interest in financial planning and business performance
- Confident Excel skills and affinity for working with data
- English language skills at minimum B2 level
- Proactive attitude - can do - with willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Interest in logistics / supply chain environment is an advantage
