Business Development Manager-Graduate
About this role
As a Junior Business Development Graduate at DHL Supply Chain Hungary, you’ll begin building your commercial career in logistics. In a supportive, international team, you’ll gain hands-on experience developing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting innovative warehousing and supply chain solutions.
What will you do?
- Support business development activities to grow warehousing and supply chain opportunities.
- Identify potential customers and market opportunities.
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with proposals, pricing, reporting, and business cases.
- Collaborate with operations teams on new projects and service improvements.
- Gain experience across the full business development process, including contracting and negotiations.
What are we looking for?
- Recent graduate (degree obtained within the last 12 months) – preferably in business, logistics, economics, or a related field
- Strong motivation to build a career in business development and sales within logistics
- Interest in supply chain, warehousing, and commercial operations
- Fluent English skills (spoken and written) – you’ll work in an international environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn quickly
- Proactive attitude and confidence to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
