## Key Responsibilities:

### Tendering & Estimation

- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations.

- Assist in preparation of technical and commercial proposals.

- Coordinate with vendors for quotations and comparisons.

- Analyze drawings and specifications for tender submissions.

### Design & Documentation

- Prepare and review basic electrical layouts and schematics.

- Assist in load calculations and DB schedules.

- Coordinate with project and execution teams for drawing updates.

- Maintain tender documents, rate analysis, and project records.

### Coordination

- Communicate with clients, consultants, and vendors for technical clarifications.

- Support the management team in proposal submissions and project coordination.

## Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of Electrical Systems & MEP concepts

- Good understanding of BOQs and estimation

- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Attention to detail and analytical thinking

## Preferred Software Knowledge:

- AutoCAD

- MS Excel & MS Office

- Basic knowledge of Revit/BIM (preferred)
