Job Title: Casual Residential Care Worker | #2219
Location: Vancouver/Richmond
Start Date: ASAP
Term/Status: Casual / On-Call
Hourly Wage: $26.83 - $29.76 + 10.6% in lieu of benefits as per the collective agreement (2024 rates, implementation of new collective agreement is in process, and new wage rates $28.46 to $31.57 will be implemented once funding is received)

Requirements/Education/Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in an area directly related to supporting people with developmental disabilities, such as Social Services, Human Services, or Education
- 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, or related equivalent experience
- Experience with, or training in, areas of adaptive communication, positive behaviour support, and community care is an asset
- Valid First Aid/CPR upon start date
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Willingness to obtain a Class 4 Unrestricted Driver's License
- Satisfactory Driver's Abstract
- Criminal Record Clearance
- TB Test Clearance
- Medical clearance
- Demonstrated competency in English, written, and oral communication
- Eligible to work in Canada
