Trainee Technical Consultant)
Ideal for students of Computer Science, Software Engineering, or those with technical project exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and develop using X++, .NET, SQL Server, and CRM
- Assist in developing customizations, integrations, and reporting components.
- Participate in DevOps activities and Azure-based deployments.
- Work alongside functional consultants to deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Support debugging and technical issue resolution during implementations.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Recent graduates in any of the following:
- BS Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT
- BBA / MBA (Finance, Supply Chain, MIS)
- ACCA, CA, or other finance/accounting certifications
- Experience:
- No formal experience required. Relevant coursework, internships, or academic projects will be a plus.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written)—essential for both client-facing and internal collaboration.
- Solid analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Passion for business process optimization or enterprise technology.
- Willingness to learn ERP systems and industry best practices.
- Ability to work in teams, manage time effectively, and deliver quality outcomes.
