About Us:
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist management and staff with correspondence, calendar management, meeting scheduling, and document preparation.
- Office Coordination: Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility management.
- Communication Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and internal/external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain company files and records (both physical and digital) in compliance with policies.
- Meeting & Travel Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and arrange travel for senior executives.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations while ensuring accuracy of data.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services, maintaining proper records of orders and payments.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the office.
Requirements
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in
office administration or similar roles.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and MS. Office.
- Strong organizational, multitasking.
